3 AÑOS SINGLE CASK SERIES: CASK #144
This annual series of single cask Oaxacan rums from Alambique Serrano is a deep dive into their aging rooms, highlighting the finest barrels among a slew of rare and unique wood types. Each cask has been meticulously selected not only for their exemplary flavor profiles, but also to illustrate the breadth and range of rums available in their cellars – the four single casks that make up the 2025 series were each aged in a different type of wood including Hungarian oak and Acacia wood.
Aged for over three years in new French Oak, this single cask of Alambique Serrano 3 Años was distilled on a pot still and bottled at a cask strength of 66.5% abv. With a 13% angel’s share, total yield was only 286 bottles.

TASTING NOTES
Almost dessert-like in nature, this sumptuous rum has an unmistakable aroma of raspberry cheesecake along with notes of molasses, wheat bran, damp oak, and a touch of dry dirt.
On the palate there’s a rich mixture of graham cracker, fresh vanilla, tobacco, and spiced berry crème brûlée.
