3 AÑOS SINGLE CASK SERIES: CASK #268
This annual series of single cask Oaxacan rums from Alambique Serrano is a deep dive into their aging rooms, highlighting the finest barrels among a slew of rare and unique wood types. Each cask has been meticulously selected not only for their exemplary flavor profiles, but also to illustrate the breadth and range of rums available in their cellars – the four single casks that make up the 2025 series were each aged in a different type of wood including Hungarian oak and Acacia wood.
Aged for over three and a half years in an ex bourbon barrel, this single cask of Alambique Serrano 3 Años was distilled on a Krassell Column still and bottled at a cask strength of 55.3% abv. With an 8% angel’s share, total yield was only 264 bottles.

TASTING NOTES
A broad mixture of herbal and spice notes make this rum particularly intriguing on the nose. We find cinnamon, cilantro seed, citronella, lemongrass and bitter orange aromas. On the palate, the silky texture leads to clove and maple syrup with bitter orange and citrus blossom honey lingering into the finish.
