3 AÑOS SINGLE CASK SERIES: CASK #295
This annual series of single cask Oaxacan rums from Alambique Serrano is a deep dive into their aging rooms, highlighting the finest barrels among a slew of rare and unique wood types. Each cask has been meticulously selected not only for their exemplary flavor profiles, but also to illustrate the breadth and range of rums available in their cellars – the four single casks that make up the 2025 series were each aged in a different type of wood including Hungarian oak and Acacia wood.
Aged for over three years in a new Hungarian Oak cask, this single cask of Alambique Serrano 3 Años was distilled on a Krassell Column still and bottled at a cask strength of 55.9% abv. With a 9% angel’s share, total yield was only 299 bottles.

TASTING NOTES
The aroma of this rum is like scavenging through a pastry chef’s spice cabinet: star anise, nutmeg, cardamom, and freshly milled oats are a few of the notes that stand out on the nose. On the palate, the oat flavors persist and are contrasted with flavors of banana bread, green olives, beeswax, and orange oil.
