This annual series of single cask Oaxacan rums from Alambique Serrano is a deep dive into their aging rooms, highlighting the finest barrels among a slew of rare and unique wood types. Each cask has been meticulously selected not only for their exemplary flavor profiles, but also to illustrate the breadth and range of rums available in their cellars – the three single casks that make up the 2025 series were each aged in a different type of wood including Hungarian oak and French Oak.
